Happy new year, John! Again, right on the mark! But, should've been the trustees at a luau counting $$$ and disregarding their beneficiaries looking! I'm saddened that they want to destroy our last open coastline for the current and future generations to generate income. They have almost a billion and haven't built anything anywhere .
